How do I make a wedding scrapbook?

I am giving my parents a scrapbook for their wedding present (they are finally getting married after 18 years) but I don’t know where to begin. Are there any pretty layouts that you can show me so I at least know what it should look like? Please help . . .

Where can I get a 3 ring binder type scrapbook with at least a 3 inch depth?

I am making my wedding scrapbook and have enough to make about 80 pages so 40 back and front in a book. I can’t seem to find a binder that is 12 x 12 with a big enough depth so my book isn’t exploding. Anyone know of a scrapbook that would fit all my pages?
I forgot to mention I’m living overseas on an air base and can’t go to a store…I would have to get it off eBay or from an online store.
