Make a scrapbook online and print it in a bound book?

I want to make a scrapbook online, like design it with pictures and captions and formatting, and then have it printed into a nice bound book, like a yearbook almost. I know CVS has it, but its program is not what I want it to be, you can’t position the photos and the caption spaces are very small. I’ve looked at smilebox but it kind of confuses me…Does anyone know of a good way to do this?
