go online and do a search on ’scrapbook page layouts’. you wouldn’t believe the number of sites you will come up with where scrappers have posted their layouts. you will really get some good ideas from there. these are a couple that i like: , and.

What about having a layout or double page spread for each of the major milestones in his life, or even each year of school and then milestones? He’s probably got school photo’s you could use, and you could add little stories about what happened that year, and same for the milestones (licence, 18th, 21st, first car, etc). If you make each milestone/year a double page spread it will not only look great, but also fill up the pages a little better (if that’s a worry).
Don’t use any flowers or colours that might be considered typically ‘female’. Try using browns, blues, dark greens, reds.
Monograms might also work well to fill the pages.
Good luck.

there must be a thousand websites on line and there are two or three magazines a month that do that and lots of scrap book shops that have classes for all of that, sports, the outdoors, his car, military service, college days, and so on.

Creating Keepsakes magazine or creatingkeepsakes.com. I am in love with them and they give soooo many different great ideas.
